Delete your account

Last updated: 1 October 2026

You can delete your Yourtracks account and all of the data linked to it at any time. This includes your songs, lyrics, setlists, genres, cloud backups, shared setlists, and feedback — everything tied to your account is permanently removed from our database. The process is free and there's no obligation to give a reason.

Your deletion is completed within 30 days of your request, in line with GDPR and Google Play's data-deletion policy.

By email

Can't log in? No problem. Send an email from the address you registered with and we'll handle the rest:

yourtracks.net@gmail.com

Please use the subject line "Delete my Yourtracks account" and send it from your registered email address so we can verify ownership. Your account and data are then deleted within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • All songs and their file references (audio files themselves live on your device and are cleared from it).
  • Lyrics, genres, and playlists.
  • Cloud backups and shared setlist links.
  • Any feedback you've submitted.
  • Your account details — email, performer name, and profile information.

Good to know

  • Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure you've saved anything you want to keep before confirming.
  • If you have an active subscription, it continues until the end of its billing period — cancel it separately if you don't want to be charged again.
  • Audio and video files are stored on your device, not our servers. Deleting your account clears them from the device you're using.
